Why the hell didn I put "(at)" instead of "{at}"? Because web-bots crawl though pages looking for any working email address (something winth an "{at}") and adds it to spammers' lists. This way, you can change it as soon as you see it in your address box to an "{at}" when you send your email, and spammers have one less address to sell. Sorry for the incovenience - but we're all in this together, right? To make it a bit easier, try pasting this, {at}, in place of the (at).
