Strawberry frosted donuts are the perfect balance between delicious and disgusting. Similar to the main sequence phase of a star - why it doesn't explode or collapse in on itself. Fusing hydrogen into helium is balanced with the perfect amount of gravitational pull keeping it all together for billions of years. That, and when I was 5 I made a bet with my dad that I could eat a dozen (cream/jelly filled) donuts in under two hours. Whoever won would have foot the bill. I only made it through two donuts that morning (he still paid for them) but the enduring lesson that I actually learned was to appreciate the opposing forces of something both disgusting and wonderful at the same time.
