Hello Gorgeous…

“GORGEOUS, beautiful,” 73 page hand bound artist book. 2026. Pen and ink drawings. One of a kind.

I filmed myself at 60 fps at 6 seconds, then it to 12 fps retaining the original 6 seconds of timing. Next I labeled each of the 72 images (73, really) and redrew them in a book I bound with 73 pages. But I didn’t trace anything - I was starting from scratch for each frame because I wanted the imperfections to piece together in the viewer’s brain.
