Art Auction (going cheap!) for Kids' Arts Program
I donated three pieces to the elementary school PS130 in Brooklyn to help fund their arts programming (the city doesn't money in their budget for art classes). Bidding closes Friday, Nov. 20.
An original page from McSweeney's kids classic book, The Clock without a Face. It's a 22" original pen & ink and watercolor drawing of the Alchemist floor. FRAMED.
A 9" x 12" donut pen and ink and watercolor drawing of donuts kissing. FRAMED
The original pen & ink drawing I did for Beck's Song Reader (an 'album' he released consisting only of sheet music where the buyers play the song themselves). Also published by McSweeney's.

Mr. Wyckland
TEACHERS from MEMORY project with Renee French: My 6th grade homeroom teacher Mr. Wyckland used to punish his students by making us copy ('copy' = 'by hand' in the early 80's) a page from an encyclopedia about the Byzantine Empire (hence, the Byzantine hat I put on his head - GET IT?!).
